Multiyear Policies
- Multiyear scholars must maintain a minimum GPA as follows:

- GPAs are evaluated annually at the end of each winter semester. If you fail to maintain the minimum GPA, the scholarship for the remaining semesters may be withdrawn. If there are extenuating circumstances that adversely affected your performance, we invite you to submit a written explanation to the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office. The Scholarship Committee will notify you by mail if they take action on your scholarship.
- Your scholarship may only be used for undergraduate studies. If you graduate before your scholarship expires, you must simply decline the remaining semesters.
- You may receive separate spring and summer scholarships in addition to your multiyear scholarship. To be considered, you must apply each year on Route Y by the January 15th spring/summer deadline. You may also choose to move one semester of your multiyear award to spring and summer terms. Contact our office at (801) 422-4104 for this option.
